  18. Confidential MSI Shipment Summary • The average MSI shipment is ~100k/month for Q1 2013. • In 2012, TWS shipped a total of 1.4M units or ~120k/month

Confidential TWS Cost Reduction Initiatives • In late 2012 and early 2013, there have been significant increases in cost from: • Price up for labor rate, IC’s, mosfet, and mechanical components. • New Regulatory requirement such as IATA ICAO Transportation rule changes. • Even with the cost challenge, TWS has continued to work with MSI CM team and initiated price reduction across key MSI products.
