  1. Planogram / Modular Engine • We used a space-to-sales methodology to determine the title lists for each modular. • We used the sales from each store within each demographic cluster and rack size to determine how large each fineline on the rack should be. • Once the fineline size was established, we ranked each title within that fineline giving the better performing titles the space on the rack. • Core titles are given higher priority in the title selection process. • A New & Notable space is predetermined on each planogram. • 80% of each modular is planned to develop consistency within each planogram. • 20% of each modular is devoted to “flex” space to allow for new titles and better performing store specific titles that didn’t make it onto all the planograms. • Currently both ANC and CMG are working together to create the planograms in ProSpace.
