  1. Updated Bow Enclosure Concept Assumptions • Provide, install and maintain for static, dynamic and variable loads as well as wind, rain and snow loads Scaffolding height to underside of hull, or to an outer height of 40 ft, no roof. • Air handling detailed design and value engineering required to confirm concept: Use Heat Control Zones: Humidity specification shall be that the temperature is at least 5 degrees above dew point. Place support equipment (electrical panels; blowers; heaters; filters) external to containment for access.

  2. Enclosure Summary Shrink wrap Application Containment:> Shall consist of staging enclosed by shrink wrap > Four sides with mid line barrier> 80 ft wide x 40 ft long > 40 ft high at front & 40 ft high at back Support Area:> Shall consist of open area under the hulls > 40 ft wide, 74 ft long, 30 ft highShrink wrap two-level Kitchen and Mix Area Containment:> Shall consist of staging enclosed by shrink wrap > Four sides, mid floor barrier and roof > 30 ft wide x 20 ft long x 28 ft tall (two levels, upper level supporting 4,000lbs)Heated Hazmat Storage: > 2 separate heated, approved lockers > ISO Locker (supporting 6 each 55 gallon drums, at least 75 °F, no greater than 100°F) > Resin Locker (supporting 10 each 55 gallon drums at least 60 °F, no greater than 100°F)

  3. Air Handling Summary Shrink wrap Application Containment: Approx. 144,000 cuft > Suitable heating equipment (such as two 12,000 cfm DH Units) to achieve at least 60 °F Hull temperature, no greater than 85 °F > Suitable filtered exhaust units with cartridge filters > Ductwork as required > Spot ventilation with flexible hose - (Localized Ventilation with Dampers) > Ten air exchanges per hour in the working half of the application area Support Area: > Shall contain hazmat lockers and dry storage lockers Shrink wrap two-level Kitchen and Mix Area Containment: Approx. 16,800 cuft> Heat provided by Flex hose off DH Unit to achieve at least 75 °F > Four air exchanges per hour
