  6. 卵裂型態(cleavage patterns): • 完全分裂(total or holoblastic cleavage): • 哺乳類動物(有胎盤哺乳類)之無(或寡)卵黃卵屬之 • 部份分裂(partial or meroblastic cleavage): • 鳥類之端卵黃卵屬之。

  14. Implantation types著床型態: 依滋養層與子宮內膜之間接觸的程度，及子宮內膜的被破壞情形可分為 1.間質性著床(interstitial implantation) -靈長類，囓齒類，及部分肉食動物，其胚埋入子宮內膜發育，一直到出生 2.築巢性著床(nidation implantation)或表面著床(superficial implantation): -大多數的家畜，滋養細胞並不會破壞子宮內膜。

  18. 築巢性(nidation)或表面著床(superficial implantation) 進行方式: -並置(apposition):囊胚平均排列於子宮或子宮角腔內、雙子宮的動物如兔子則無此現象。 -黏接(adhension):囊胚與子宮內膜接觸，子宮內膜上皮與滋養細胞連接甚緊。 -附著(attachment):有蹄類的滋養細胞與子宮黏膜上皮之間形成微絨毛性指間構造。
