  2. ABOUT KOL • Mutations in the gene generally clog off the normal functioning of the cells and that leads to the uncontrolled growth of the cells. Cancer suffering patients should have to take sufficient precautions to boost their immune system. • KOL International  is an effort put, so that every patient gets treated. How? Visit www.kolinternational.com to know.

  3. In cancer patients, generally it is seen that cells undergoes unlimited growth and they form tiny lesions generally known as tumors. These tumors may be either localized at a particular site or they may be non-localized. In various forms of cancer, breast cancer and genetic in cancer has become a common disease among the women population of about 80% throughout the world. Regular exercise, proper balanced diet and avoid highly intake of smoking, heavy intake of Tobacco are the best medical care for cancer.

  4. Fight to defeat, Cancer is curable • Genetics research reveals that genes which are located in our DNA plays a major regulatory role in the Cancer. Some genes mutated to another forms, switch off the normal functioning of cells and trigger to cancer. Breast cancer leads to malignant cells in the cells of the tissues throughout the breast. • Genomics research shows that mutations in the genes namely BRCA1 and BRC2 account up to 90% cases of breast cancer in the female sex. In addition to these genes, PIK3CA gene mutation can be a major cause of the breast cancer and 20% patient cases are observed through mutation in this gene. The most epitomizing symptom of the breast cancer is formation of the lump in the breast tissue. In most cases of Ductal carcinoma reveals that breast cancer in which originates in the cells of ducts.

  5. KOL INTERNATIONAL • In case of inflammatory Breast cancer, the skin of the Breast turns into reddish and feelings of warmth expression are observed because the cancer cells clog off the lymph vessels and channels surrounding them. Along with this, the patients with recurrent breast cancer have the increased chances of the cancer, returning back in the chest wall or in the cells of the breast. • To diagnose the attendance of cancer in the breast cells, there are several tests which reveal the same. In case, if the lumps are observed in the cells of the breast tissue, doctor generally uses biopsy in which a cells or tissues are removed from the affected site and observe the signs of cancer in the laboratory. The biopsy process might involve the excision of complete breast tissue or a portion of the breast, which is affected. Technique used for biopsy includes Fine –needle Biopsy process. For tracking down the cancer in the breast, mammogram technique has proven to be useful, In this technique, a beam of X-ray is concentrated on the infected tissue. • Radiation, Hormonal treatment and chemotherapy other than biopsy can be used to diagnose the signs of the Breast Cancer. The penetration of the Radiation therapy kills the cancerous cells or tissues.A newly developed biological therapy, used for the management of breast cancer is Herceptin. In this therapy, Herceptin is targeted with chemotherapy drugs for first line of treatment of metastatic breast cancer.
