This document addresses the issue of inconsistent communication within Payroll Services across different business units and locations. Currently, there are no standard practices for meetings or information dissemination, leading to knowledge gaps. Proposed solutions include monthly management meetings, informal newsletters, and rotating Assistant Payroll Managers (APMs) to promote collaboration. A structured approach to scheduling meetings is recommended to facilitate communication, strengthen relationships, and ensure consistency in information sharing. Implementation is essential for improved service delivery.
