Our meetings are held on the first Thursday of every month at Kings Court Community Room, Earl Street, Thetford, from 2-4pm We can arrange a qualified sitter for the person you care for if necessary. This group is for you if you: Help or look after an ill, disabled or frail relative, friend or neighbour. Have recently looked after someone. Have looked after someone in the past, but now have time to help.
