Once saved, select Begin Submission If choosing this option, you as the agent will receive full credit for the sale, but the onus of completing the health history is on the client
Complete demographic and personal information for all applicants. If the client does not have a valid email account, check the box .

Option 2 - (OVS)- Client will attest online later Most commonly used Agent completes health history Agent will send an email to the applicant to attest to the accuracy of the health history and attest to all authorizations online Agent cannot attest on behalf of the applicant
If it is outside of open enrollment QLE will appear and details must be completed for IM submissions
There are 3 steps to complete the submission… * If bundling multiple products advise the client that there will be multiple application numbers.
