  1. 53 teams8 brackets6 days4 major rinks – and 4 more who donated ice (Thank you!)And a LOT of Great Hockey!The 2008 SYHA Holiday Tournament succeeded because of dedicated volunteers, enthusiastic and understanding players and parents, and a real appreciation of the value of its purpose: To open the doors of youth hockey to young Stamford residents who cannot otherwise afford to play the game.Thank you for standing with SYHA in supporting our desire to grow the game! New Central Panel for the Home Page Pictures from the Tournament may be found on-line at 2008 SYHA Holiday Tournament Pictures. Please remember that a portion of every dollar you spend on pictures from the Tournament will come back to the SYHA Scholarship Fund.Did you miss out on the opportunity to buy a Souvenir T-Shirt or Hoodie? Shirts will be available for purchase through Northwest Designs beginning next week – order forms will be sent to all team managers.Work is now underway on planning the 2009 Holiday Tournament, which will take place December 26-31, 2009.
