  1. My Litspaces Blog #1: My crazy adventure At the Battle of Actium, I saw Cleopatra’s boat fleeing. I was in a dilemma; I had to decide whether to fight or follow. I chose to follow. This act of cowardice is one that I will not soon forget, nor will those who left my side and joined Octavius’s army. The following battle on land I had to fight my own men who defected! Whenever something goes wrong, death can solve it. When Enobarbus l realized what he had done, he died. When I Cleopatra dies, I am going to fall on my sword. When I die before she does because I kill myself because I think that she killed herself, she will then kill herself to avoid being paraded through the streets of Rome. This logic is perfect, there are no flaws. When we do die, we will meet up on thecloud of ancients; Caesar and all those who once opposed me will be sorry that I have died and that they could not kill me; I will be the means of my own end.

However, from this adventure I learned that I shall be careful of what I wish for, because the length of my life surpassing that of Cleopatra has come with nothing but grief and sorrow, and was shy of a happy ending. I love him so much, I do so much for him! AND ALL HE CARES ABOUT IS SOME STUPID LITTLE EMPIRE. I was so mad that I was gonna send Enobarbus to go get him! He’s lucky I decided not to. OMG, I don’t even want to see him right now.   5. My Litspaces Eros “The Gods withhold me!” NAME: Eros SEX: Male AGE: 36 LOCATION: Egypt A Lost Battle It was a terrible sight; Antony fleeing in the midst of battle. His beloved Cleopatra has surely lost her mind and most certainly cost Antony the war. Our most noble Antony no longer fights his battles with his famed leadership. Cleopatra now leads our army and the soldiers will simply not stand for it much longer. Most Noble Death Today was a horrible day. Oh, most woeful day! My beloved Antony requested of me the impossible. He wanted me, his most dedicated follower, to draw my sword against his bosom. Never, in a million years, would I consider such a proposal.   6. Octavius Ceasar Blog One : Victory is ours! Today, I went into battle by sea against Antony’s army. After the previous defeat to Antony in battle, and mind you I say this with utter embarrassment, my army compensated for their former loss, this time embarrassing Antony. Moving swiftly, I took Antony's army by sea and they surrendered to me like a wounded lion to a gladiator. Antony retreated back to Cleopatra and now we must go capture him; alive. “Welcome to Rome” NAME: Octavius Caesar SEX: Male AGE: 26 LOCATION : Rome Blog Two: It is with great sadness that I dare say both Antony and Cleopatra have passed away today. Antony believing his love, Cleopatra, was dead killed himself by sword. I hoped to keep Cleopatra hostage as a prisoner of war and a symbol of victory, but she to killed herself by the poison of an asp. It is surprising how it was only days ago that all I wanted to do was bring down Antony and now I mourn the loss of not only a great soldier, but friend. It is a lesson to be learned that it is hard to see straight to ones heart through the density of anger. In respects to Antony, he will receive a royal burial and will be buried next to Cleopatra. I enjoy strategizing and rarely indulge in gluttony and drunkeness. Music: I do not commonly listen to music, but when I do, I enjoy music that is soothing and is light to the ears. Television: I am fond of the Olympics and often watchThe Gladiator. Books: I enjoy studying the works of Socrates, Aristotle, Plato, and Catius, a local Roman philosopher. Education: College Graduate Occupation: Ruler/ Triumvir Octavius’ Comments I will defeat you! You may steal my men, you may outnumber me, you may even laugh and joke at my attempts to challenge you to a duel, but I will come with force and I will win! I am a greater soldier! Just you wait Antony, just you wait! You! You are ruthless and cold-hearted! How can you just betray me as you did?! I am part of the triumvirate! You cruel man! I do not mean to intrude on your conversation, but I must inquire as to what Lepidus is talking of? I would hardly say I am neglecting my job. I plan to visit Rome very soon and carry out my duties as a triumvir. I would prepare for my visit if I were you Ceasar. What are we to do about Antony? I must not think there evils enow to darken all his goodness.

  7. My Litspaces Add Picture "The Soothsayer knows all!“ Soothsayer Male 112 Egypt Today was the first day that I met Cleopatra and those around her. Upon meeting Cleopatra, I knew the day would indeed be an adventure. Cleopatra was a drama queen, no pun intended, from the very beginning, and I knew that her future would be quite interesting. Before I graced Cleopatra with her future, I first saw Charmian. To soften the pain my fortune may have caused her, I simply told her that she would outlive Cleopatra, omitting that it would only be by minutes. Aziza ; Hassam Ramzy After hearing of Charmians death, many began to speculate that I was giving out false predictions. Charmian had told her friends and family that I had told her she would outlive Cleopatra, which was true, but Charmian assumed I had meant by years, not minutes. As friends and family members found out about Charmians death, I had to explain to them that I only revealed to Charmian that she would outlive Cleopatra, and I did not wish to worry her with the short amount of time left. It has made me realize that it is not fair to keep details that could make such an impact secret from the person the event will happen to. Character’s Interests: General: I enjoy breaking news of the future to those whom I meet, and in my spare time I do group fortune reveals, as Charmian and Cleopatra demonstrated. Television:Television, like movies, are still a thing of the future. Books:Books which tell of the future are the only ones which hold my interest. I was very excited to learn my entire life would not be spent as a servant! Cleopatra: You are but a fool my dear Soothsayer. How could a servent girl out live I who am pampered and cared for so well? Mardian: It is not right for you to tell Charmian she shall outlive our Queen; she is merely a servant, she is incapable of such a feat, and to tell her otherwise is cruel.   9. Blog #1 Shameful Day Current Mood: Disappointed Today I witnessed the defeat of my master, Mark Antony. In his battle against Ceasar, he foolishly Disregarded reason and followed Cleopatra in retreat rather than continuing to fight. Until that point, Antony’s fleet had been winning the battle until his decision to retreat. By doing so, Antony handed victory over to his enemy. His reputation as a great soldier and rational man is at stake as he seems to be loosing his sense of reason.   10. Blog #2 What Have I Done? Current Mood: Guilty After deserting Antony, my life is no longer worth living, it seems. He was my best friend and companion, yet I traded my loyalty for esteem. Instead of remaining loyal to my friend, I deserted him at his weakest time of defeat. For this, I feel extremely guilty and shamed. Antony was kind enough even after my desertion to return my treasure which I left in Egypt upon returning to Rome. He was not filled with contempt, but hurt by the sudden betrayal of a trusted friend. My backstabbing will lead to my death.
