Piloting the Self Sufficiency Standard in Turkey

PALu2019s research defined self-sufficiency parameters in Turkey, calculated them for the pilot city Ankara, and tested scalability to other cities despite data and methodological constraints. A final report summarized Ankarau2019s current state and provided recommendations for future implementations nationwide. The report has not been disclosed by the client. The file includes the table of contents of the report.
