  1. The most common process of rubber manufacturing

  2. Lusida Rubber Products, Inc. is a prominent rubber and plastic production firm located at Pasadena, California. It involves a variety of manufacturing processes. There are certain advantages related to each process thereby making it an ideal option to produce various product niches. Now we shall move on to the top four processes involved in manufacturing of rubber. 1.Extrusion:-Extrusion is the initial process which is designed to develop products containing an unvulcanized compound. It is normally being placed into an extruder. Later it is forwarded to dye where a highly specialized manufacturing tool is harnessed to develop rubber.

  3. 2.Latex dipping:-Latex dipping is a process where fine walled molds mixed along with latex compounds and gently removed. However, its thickness can be enhanced by re-immersing the product in a latex compound. The end product is obtained through the process of vulcanization. 3.Product molding:-Molding is broadly classified into compression molding and transfer molding. The compression molding is regarded as the least expensive technique. In this method, a rubber compound is molded into a cluster of rubber. Later, it is shaped by placing the compound in a mold cavity. Transfer molding is performed to bring down disadvantages of compression molding. It begins with placement of blank into a

  4. chamber. During initial stages, pre-heating is involved that allows the rubber to freely pass through the channels. Injection molding is the third process where press unit and injection unit comprises of entities containing separate controls. These three are the major process. Lusida Rubber Products is a notable rubber production company who aims at satisfying the customer needs.
