AGREEMENT • Intervention plans (1 per week, or until desired improvement achieved) - logged into Survey Monkey for documentation • Video capture of TEM-Aligned strategy (select one) • Model or demonstrate via video capture (as needed) • Cognitive Coaching training and application (every other week)
