  2. Recommendation The Global Advisory Committee (GAC) recommends to the U.S Attorney General, through the Bureau of Justice Assistance and Office of Justice Programs, U.S. Department of Justice, the Privacy Policy Development Guide for consideration and appropriate action.

  3. Recommendation The Global Advisory Committee (GAC) approves of The Justice Management Institute’s Privacy and Civil Rights Policy Templates for Justice Informationas a recognized resourcefor the field.
