  3. THE COMPANY: CAPI GROUP, is a company specialized in the production of epicycloidal ring gears and hobbed parts. Capigroup’s knowledge and turnover has grown quickly because of the high investment done and the innovative technologies of the process and the plant. Placed on 30.000mq which 6.500mq covered

THE MISSION: Within his production process the company is able to manage the whole production flow, following the workpiece throughout his birth: purchasing of the raw materials, turning, drilling, broaching, hobbing and gear shaping, as well as induction tempering, case hardening and nitriding treatment. From October 2010 CAPIGROUP is using a broaching machine of 200 tons, unique in Europe, that can obtain epicycloidal ring gears and other hobbed parts with 600mm of primitive diameter, thickness of 350mm and module 8 (DIN7/8), in a single step.

  5. THE COMPANY: COLMEGNA NORD: was founded to complete the production cycle for epicycloidal ring gears inside the Multipurpose Business Center in Calliano. The 80 years experience of Colmegna Mother allows a wide range of treatments for different applications and results. hard treatments on machined parts. The production plant can handle induction tempering, cementation, tempering, nitriding and nitreg. The R&D dept. is constantly in contact with the Polytechnic University of Milano and the University of Trento for further development.

  6. THE COMPANY: MECCANICA CAINELLI:its business is running since 1960. The technical staff looks after the entire operation-production schedule of the mechanical component: co-design together with the customer; analysis of special tools and equipment; capability analysis and FMEA process.   7. THE MISSION: The company is developing according to the needs of its customers, relying on innovative production machines and cells. It has introduced the machining of castings, aluminum, and the supplying of assemblies.

  9. THE MISSION: Horizontal and vertical turning by multi spindle up to ø1.000mm. CNC machining centers with stokes up to 1.300x1.000x1.000mm. Manufacturing cells with robot.

THE COMPANY: Since 1954, with 50 years of experience and constant developing, OMP Piccinelli Srl operates with turning plants, CNC rolling and ratification, horizontal and vertical machining center, induction tempering, using the best technology of the market.   11. THE MISSION: O.M.P. Piccinelli S.r.l. is specialized in steel machining, iron cast and aluminum. We produce pcs with diameter from 30mm to 600mm, length max 1.50 mm, supplying assembled groups when needed.

  13. THE COMPANY: corrosion proof surface treatment. Electrolytic Galvanizing and manganese Phosphatizing. Big size tanks (length 6.000mm, depth 2.000mm). Production capacity of 9.000 ton/year for galvanization and 630 ton/year for phosphatizing.
