- Who We Are Commuter Connection is a program of the Downtown Minneapolis Transportation Management Organization (TMO). The Downtown Minneapolis TMO was established in 1991 as a public/private partnership between the City of Minneapolis and the downtown business community.
- Our Mission Commuter Connection advocates for and promotes a sustainable transit and transportation system that supports a vital and growing downtown Minneapolis.

- Upcoming Detours Hiawatha LRT Trail will close between 11th Avenue and 15th Avenue for construction related to the Central Corridor LRT. Construction is expected to last through 2012. A detour route will run along 5th Street and 11th Avenue.
