  5. Community Service - Fundraising • Calendar Project - $7,300 • Car Raffle - $4,700 • Bulla Fun Run - $2,492 • Colac Show - $1,558 • Colac Heritage Festival - $698

Corangamite Catchment Management Authority grant for $7,820 – thanks to Andy Grey and Bill Chivers • Vegetation maintenance • Extended paths constructed • Planting of natives • 2014 Bulla Fun Run – 110 participants • Thanks to workers Sue Schram, Warwick Lyon, John Scarrott, Mick McGannon, Mike Green, Bill Chivers, Mike Touzel, Stewart Carson, Irwin Sutherland and Ian Gullan Community Service – Joseph Paatsch Nature Reserve

  8. International Service Typhoon Haiyan • Two Shelter boxes $2,000 • Dr. Regina Garde with $1,978 medical supplies

  9. International Service - Interplast • Served on the District Committee for Interplast • Held a musical fund raiser ($2,145) • Spoken to other clubs including Colac, Maryborough & Camperdown

  13. Books for Beginners • Initiative of President Elect Graham Snell • Rotarians reading three books to all Prep students • Each student keeps a book purchased by the club • Cost : $3,949

  15. Vocational Service Our club observes this avenue of service through workplace visits, the guest speaker program and joint sponsorship of the Otway Business Trainee of the Year Award. Pictured are the 2013 winners Melinda Shadford from Colac Area Health and William Bongers from BDH.
