Core Curriculum Grade 6 Ratios and Proportional Relationships Unit rate, equivalent ratios ,percent of a quantity, convert measurement units The Number System Multiply and divide fractions, GCF and LCM, Rational numbers: Absolute values and ordering, Positive and negative numbers, Graphing in all four quadrants Expressions and Equations Algebraic expressions, Exponents, One-variable equations and inequalities Geometry Area, surface area, and volume Statistics and Probability Statistical variability, Distributions (Dot plot, histogram, and box plots)
