  2. Introduction FL Studio 11 is a complete software music production environment, representing more than 14 years of innovative developments and our commitment to Lifetime Free Updates. Everything you need in one package to compose, arrange, record, edit, mix and master professional quality music. FL Studio 11 is the fastest way from your brain to your speakers.

  3. Program history FL Studio 1.0 was first made in December 1997. It was a fairly simple music program, which grew little by little into what is now. FL Studio 11.

  4. Playlist The Playlist allows for users to add audio/midi patterns and automation clips in specific location and timing. It makes it easy to organize the song and add effects where the user wants to.

  5. Midi Piano roll The piano roll allows users to write music and/or midi notes. It is intended for the midi instruments. The roll is divided in beats and measures which help the user avoid uneven notes in their music.

  6. Mixer / Output sound The mixer allows users to add special effects such as cutoff or reverb to specific sounds in their music.

  7. Voice pitch correction The pitch correct tool allows users to pitch correct a voice in their song. The program can also detect pitch in single note sounds. Users can fix minor pitch mistakes, change the note variation, or change the voice into what is known as the “T-Pain effect”.

  8. VST(i) Plugins FL Studio includes a large variety of vst plugins. The plugins can range from being an instrument, special sound effects, or auto tune software. You can also use vst plugins that were not included with FL Studio.

  9. Midi instruments Midi instruments are basically digital or electronic instruments. They are used to play special sounds. It can range from violins to Swedish house leads. The instruments cannot play notes on their own. They play notes that are sent to them by a midi keyboard or the midi Piano roll. One good example of a midi instrument is reFX Nexus by Vengeance. It is commonly used by artists today such as Avicii and David Guetta. There are many other artists that never mentioned about their music, but you can clearly here some of the great sounds of reFX Nexus in songs by Black Eyed Peas, Lady Gaga, Katy Perri, Brittany Spears, Usher, Owl City, Rihana, Keshaand much more.
