NB!! What is a Habit?? • A Habit is the things we do repeatedly, often without even thinking – Autopilot. • Some good habits include; exercise, manners, planning ahead, cleaning up after yourself. • Some bad habits include; negative thinking, blaming others, smoking, drinking.
