City Annexation Process: (not a development review application) Step One hearing – 6/18/2018: • Approval Criteria: Municipal Code, CDC, Metro • Determine zoning district if annexed • Adopt Final Decision (schedule Step II) Step Two hearing – 6/18/2018 (proposed): • Vote on whether to hold a Citizen Advisory Vote, or • Continue with annexation without Citizen Advisory Vote
