Resume—must have: • At the Top: full name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, and email address? • Objective: Seeking a full time position as ENTER YOUR DREAM JOB at PUT A PLACE WHERE YOU WANT TO WORK HERE!!! • Skills Summary:Always lead with an ADJECTIVE! Do these skills relate to your career field??? 3-4 SKILLS NEEDED • Education: Goes in this order…chronologically!!! • What is your degree? (ex: Master’s Degree in English Education) • Where did you go? (University of Minnesota-Twin Cities) • Where is this located? (Minneapolis, MN) • When did you graduate? (June 2016) • What was your GPA? (3.45) • Experience:Has to be related to your career field.Try not to include high school experiences…unless completely necessary. 2-3 EXPERIENCES NECESSARY! • Remember to include the following with each work experience: • Job Title (Student Teacher) • Name of Company/Business (Hastings Middle School) • Location (Hastings, MN) • When you worked there (March- June 2016) • Details (2-3 per experience)…LEAD WITH VERB
