  3. November 3 – 30 Donations can be made online. Form will be available on November 3. United Way table will be at the Benefits Fair, November 13 and 14. All departments should discuss at November staff meetings NHRMC Campaign

  4. Caps Live will have donor form, United Way power point, NHRMC power point and video on the home page during November. United Way talking points will be on Caps Live for your reference. Copies of video can be borrowed from Debbie Greer (NH Admin) Scott Whisnant (CF Building M) or Angela Pigford (Business Center) Scott or Eileen will attend any staff meeting. NHRMC Campaign

  5. Special Event “Port Hole” competition. Each VP will get points for those who play in his or her name. Most points wins!!! $5 for 3 tosses. Points received for getting bean bag through hole. Monday, 11/17 – Thursday, 11/20, 11 am – 1 pm Cameron Women’s & Children’s courtyard NHRMC Cafeteria Courtyard NHR Business Center entrance area CFH Courtyard

  6. Any payroll deduct donation (minimum $2/pay period or $50 one-time gift) is eligible for gift card drawing. Five gift cards to be given away each week. Donations of $5 or more/pay (or $130 one-time gift) is also eligible to win iPod or GPS. Donations of $10 or more/pay (or $260 one-time gift) is also eligible to win 32” flat screen TV.   7. Every director and manager is expected to discuss United Way at November staff meetings. Every employee is expected to visit Caps Live and read about United Way and its impact on our community. Donate on line, or call Eileen or Scott for paper donor forms. How do we reach the Goal?

  8. Giving $2/pay period = $52/year Giving $5/pay period = $130/year Giving $10/pay period = $260/year Giving $15/pay period = $390/year Giving $20/pay period = $520/year Giving $38.47/pay period + $1,000/year How do we reach the Goal?

  9. When will United Way donations come from my check? • This campaign’s contributions are deducted from payroll January 1 – December 31, 2009. • One time gift out of payroll will come out of your paycheck dated January 15. • Checks or cash can be given to Scott Whisnant or Eileen McConville or handed in at the United Way table.

  10. United Way Community Fund is distributed to agencies that have proven results and impact in our community. You can designate to a specific agency with any gift of $100 or more. This includes: NHRMC Foundation Local or national community agencies that provide health and human services, or educational services in the jurisdiction of the UWCFA. National agencies must have a local presence. Where will my $$ go?

  11. By Living United at NHRMC, we can raise $150,000 and be part of a successful community campaign. If United Way raises $2.45 million, agencies that are struggling more than ever will keep their doors open. Live United

  12. WE ALL WIN WHEN A CHILD SUCCEEDS IN SCHOOL, WHEN FAMILIES ARE FINANCIALLY STABLE AND SAFE, AND WHEN PEOPLE HAVE GOOD HEALTH.
