  1. PTFE Wire – High warmth Wires Mainly of the certified types of PTFE wire available in the market today are futures for use in electrical facilities where one can usually encounter high temperature. These wires have high resistance to glow, damage from solder iron, thermal aging, and moisture. Aside from that, the veneer of these wires can also reduce or eliminate the effects of chemicals, solvents, ozone, and various types of lubricant. They can also be easily installed because the entire outside is generally smooth and small. Therefore, this gives the ease of attaching these parts to the planned surface. The PTFE wire has also been found to possess a wide range of frequency. Aside from that, the PTFE wire is known to have the lowest values for the indulgence factor and the dielectric constant as compared to other types of cables. What more enhances its conductivity factor is the high surface resistivity and volume of each strand of cable. In conditions of the electrical properties, this PTFE wire is stable. It can only cause negligible power loss. This property makes it ideal for appliance in high frequency installations. Usually, the PTFE insulation of the PTFE wires is extruded to enhance the entire cable’s conductivity and other electrical features. There are different advantages that the PTFE wire has. This is in terms of its chemical and material properties. At high temperatures, this cable is careful to be inert to all types of chemicals. In line with this, it has also been found to be defiant to stress cracking, mold growth, fire, fungus growth, and ultraviolet radiation. The PTFE wire has also been found to be biocompatible, non-contaminating, and non-toxic to the atmosphere. These properties make the PTFE wires a right option for long term use.
