Achieving Flagship 4: Integrated Community-Based Disaster Risk Reduction Results

This report assesses how projects are fulfilling Flagship 4's nine essential characteristics of a disaster-resilient community through Integrated Community-Based Disaster Risk Reduction (CBDRR) activities in 74 Village Development Committees (VDCs). Based on a survey of 38 questions, projects implemented for over six months were invited to participate. The findings explore whether communities effectively manage their resources for disaster risk reduction and the status of related teams and equipment.
