  7. Select floor to view floor directory Click the balloon for information on the landmark Select a landmark Browse Landmarks To browse landmarks, use floor directory

  8. Use Search Landmarks function to Look for Specific Locations Select the desired landmark and the map will fly to the its location Search Landmarks Click on Search Landmarks Key in the desired location in the box The search results will appear below the box

  9. Library Tours Explore Central Library at your own time with ourCustomised Tours Select Orientation Tour for an in-depth tour of the Library Select Quick Tour for a short tour of the Library Click Start Tour to begin

  10. Tour Highlights Click on these balloons to find out more about a particular place. Detailed write-ups and video guides are available to introduce to you the features of a certain place. Library Tours The tour will stop by the many landmarks and places of interest in Central Library To continue with the tour, click on the Next button. To return to the earlier stop, click on the Previous button.

  15. 3D Book Search via LINC • Use the 3D map to find the location of the Collection and Shelf where a book is located in the Library • Verify first the book’s Location and Call Number from LINC, the Library catalogue to locate the Collection and Shelf in the 3D map

  16. 3D Book Search via LINC At the book’s record page Copy the Call Number of the book (Tip: Highlight the number and copy by right-clicking your mouse) Click on the Location of the book

  17. 3D Book Search via LINC A dialogue box will appear as follow The dialogue box informs you of the location of the book Click OK to proceed

  18. 3D Book Search via LINC The book’s collection location will be shown Enter or paste the book’s Call Number copied from LINC in the search box DS599.5 WWS

  19. 3D Book Search via LINC Navigating search results To view the shelf where the book is located, click on the collection from the search result

  21. Important Tips • For better results of 3D Book search, begin the search in LINC • Close existing 3D map before starting a new 3D book search
