What is AFELink? • AFELink automates sending and receiving AFEs / Mail Ballots and responses between operators and partners with: • Electronic transfer of AFEs / Mail Ballots from operators to partners • Electronic responses from partners to operators • Online real time AFE / Mail Ballot tracking for operators and partners • AFELink process automation • Saves time and reduces paper flow • Eliminates lost AFEs / Mail Ballots

AFELink Partner Demo • Operators send Mail Ballots to AFELink registered partners who: • Are notified of receipt of the Mail Ballot • Process the Mail Ballot from operator • Respond to operator • Receive results letter • When an operator sends a Mail Ballot to a Partner through AFELink: • AFELink registered partners receive an email notification of receipt • The email contains a link to the AFELink Inbox screen

  4. Receiving Operator Correspondence • The AFELink Inbox screen contains all correspondence from operators with information about a new mail ballot contained in the message • The partner then clicks on the mail ballot to go to the Mail Ballot Partners screen

  5. Processing Non-Operated Mail Ballots • From the Mail Ballot Partners screen, the Partner can: • See basic mail ballot description and other partners in the mail ballot

Processing Non-Operated Mail Ballots • From the Mail Ballot Partners screen, the Partner can: • See basic mail ballot description and other partners in the mail ballot • Access the Mail Ballot, Address List, Cover Letter and Attachments • Create a PDF file of the entire AFE package • Create messages (internal or to the operator) and working notes • Create a response to the operator

  10. Mail Ballot The Mail Ballot page is where the partner views the mail ballot motions and any attached AFEs

  12. Messages • AFELink Messages: • Makes it easy for partners to correspond internally and with the operator • Tracks and keeps an audit trail of all correspondence

  13. Respond to Operator • To send a response to the operator, all a partner needs to do is: • Click on the option they would like to select

  16. Receive Results Letter • Once results have been received, the operator will generate a Results Letter and send it to partners. • Partners are notified by email when the Results Letter is received and can access it from the Mail Ballot screen.

  17. DONE! • In a few simple clicks of the mouse, you have received, reviewed and responded to an operator’s mail ballot.
