Restrictions • Monies can only be spent on these projects • 13/14 budget can be carried forward to 14/15 • Any monies left over in March 2015 will need to be repaid to HETV • Funding is for training and related activity – cannot be used to buy equipment, make modifications to premises etc Thames Valley LPCs

  8. Healthy Living Champions • Not HLP but the training to support this • Nationally recognised certificate for staff members • Leadership and Change Management training for pharmacists • Engagement in pharmacy • Measures of success: • Numbers trained • Report on activity Thames Valley LPCs

  9. Dementia Awareness • Dementia Friends training for all • Dementia Friends Champions training to support on-going development • Link with local Dementia lead • Clinical training for pharmacists • Measures of success: • Number trained • Dementia Awareness event run Thames Valley LPCs

Carer Identification and Support • Carer awareness session for all • Identification of carers by pharmacy • Local Activity in pharmacy with Carers UK • Local activity with CCGs • Measures of success: • Number attending training • Number engaging with CCGs • Number of carers identified and supported Thames Valley LPCs
