Welcome to Mrs. Scott’s Spanish class! To ensure a positive and productive learning environment, please adhere to the following classroom rules: Enter quietly, bring all necessary materials, and be respectful. Raise your hand to speak and take care of personal needs during passing periods. As your teacher, I am committed to providing a nurturing environment and being available for support. In return, I expect you to come prepared with a positive attitude and take responsibility for your learning. Let’s make this a fun learning experience together!

  2. Classroom Rules • Enter the classroom quietly. • Bring your materials to class. • Be respectful and act responsibly. • Raise your hand for permission to speak or leave your seat. • Take care of your needs (bathroom, locker, etc) during passing period.

  3. My commitment as your teacher is: • To teach you what you need to know in order to be successful in this class. • To provide you with a nurturing, comfortable and fun learning environment. • To re-teach concepts that might not be clear to you. • To be available to you when you need me.

  4. What do I expect from you in return: • Have a positive attitude and be prepared to have fun while learning. • It is your responsibility to come to me and schedule time during my tutorials to re-take failed assignments or make up missed work.

  5. Student Responsibilities • Be on time and gather your materials as soon as you enter the classroom. • Remain in your seat unless otherwise instructed by the teacher. • Your student ID must be visible at all times. • Always bring a writing instrument to class. (pen or sharpened pencil) • Follow classroom rules. • Complete all assigned work within the time given. • Always bring your netbook to class, charged and ready to use. • You are only to use netbooks when instructed. Not at your leisure.
