Recommendations • Refresh generic Standards document to reflect 15 years of practice • Update language-specific scenarios as fuller lesson plans • Create professional development opportunities focused on the Communities and Connections standards • Encourage more research and professional development to deepen knowledge and promote teaching grounded in standards
