  3. Call Appearances • Call appearances are necessary to make a call • When you lift the receiver, the dial tone heard is an internal dial tone • To retrieve an outside dial tone, ‘9’ must be pressed before dialing the number Call appearance screen 1.866.9.Teltek www.myteltek.com

  4. Call Park • Call Park allows the user to hold the call in an ‘open access area’ where any user can access the call • With the caller on the line, press either ‘CPark1’ or ‘CPark2’ • Let the desired recipient know which park the caller resides Call Park 1.866.9.Teltek www.myteltek.com

  5. Intercom • Press intercom button • Enter extension of person you are trying to reach • Upper right corner of display, press ‘Done’ • OR • Press intercom button • Directory option • Type first few letters of person’s first name • Upper right corner of display press, ‘IDial’ 1.866.9.Teltek www.myteltek.com

  6. Paging • Lift handset • Use left/right arrows to scroll until Paging appears on display • Press Paging button • Make announcement Left/right arrow keys 1.866.9.Teltek www.myteltek.com

  7. Do Not Disturb (DND) • Use left and right arrow to display DoNotDisturb (DND) on the display • Use corresponding toggle button to turn feature on and off Left/right arrow keys 1.866.9.Teltek www.myteltek.com

  8. Visual Voice • Allows user to view voicemail box from display on the phone • Allows you to fast forward and back up within message • Displays Number of voicemails • New • Old • Saved 1.866.9.Teltek www.myteltek.com

  9. Speaker Phone • Full duplex speaker which allows you to listen and speak simultaneously • Can start dialing and speaker will automatically engage Speaker 1.866.9.Teltek www.myteltek.com

  10. Headsets • With Avaya certified headsets, user does not need to press ‘Headset’ button on phone • Usage ranges approximately 150 feet from base phone • Press button on side of headset to activate • Use phone key pad to complete call Headset button 1.866.9.Teltek www.myteltek.com

Voicemail: Retrieving Messages • Press voicemail button • Enter extension number and press # • Enter password and press # • Press ‘2’ to Get Messages • Press ‘0’ to skip header and listen to your message • Press ‘*3’ to delete message • Press ‘1’ to forward to another user Voicemail button 1.866.9.Teltek www.myteltek.com

Voicemail: Administering Personal Greetings • Press voicemail button • Enter extension number and press # • Enter password and press # • Press ‘3’ to change your personal greeting • Press ‘0’ to listen to your current greeting • Press ‘1’ to change a greeting • Press ‘3’ to activate a greeting Voicemail button 1.866.9.Teltek www.myteltek.com

Conferencing • The 5410 can conference up to 3 callers without degradation in quality • To conference more than 3 callers, we recommend using the conference bridge • To conference callers using conference button • Have first caller on the line • Press conference button and dial number • Once caller is online, press conference again and callers will be bridged together • Repeat above steps to add additional callers • The last person added to the bridge can be dropped using the Drop Key Conference Drop 1.866.9.Teltek www.myteltek.com

  15. Call Forward • From phone to be forwarded • dial * 07 * 9 xxx.xxx.xxxx # • 2 beeps indicate success • ** This stores number in users configuration • To activate, • press forward button on phone • OR • *01 to turn on and *02 to turn off feature 1.866.9.Teltek www.myteltek.com

  16. Setting Up Speed Dials • Press one of the four Soft Keys • Press the ‘Options’ key (second from the right) • Use left/right arrows to scroll until ‘Speed Dials’ appears in display window • Press ‘Speed Dials’ key Options Key 1.866.9.Teltek www.myteltek.com

Call Log • The Call Log displays missed, answered, outgoing calls as well as the time of call • Press one of the 4 soft keys • Select Log (Second from Left) • Select which type of call you are searching • Use left/right arrow keys to search calls under that heading • Press the key to the right of the number to display call details Log Button 1.866.9.Teltek www.myteltek.com
