1. V1 November 12, 2009 1 Instructions / Guidance This template is a reporting template for product updates or enhancements being promoted into operations. The OSDPD SSD Division Chief or his representative will use this information to decide whether to promote a product enhancement into operations. These slides do not have to be briefed to the SPSRB.
Routine modifications to an existing product that are handled through the NESDIS OSDPD change management process does not have to be briefed to the SPSRB, unless directed by OSDPD management or requested by the SPSRB.
The template is a guide and may require tailoring. However, adherence to the briefing outline is recommended because it ensures the OSDPD is presented the information needed to make decisions.
