UNBILLED Accts CAUSES APPROACH Verification Of Next_Bill_Date Individually By SSA Immediately After Migration Follow Up Of Pending Migration Issues To Clear Accounts Excluded from Bill Generation Reconciliation Of I/C Barred Status In CDR With Actual Status In Switch (Rguide -7 cases) Bill Generation Errors To Be Cleared Promptly By O&M Team • Next_Bill_Date Set To Past Date Or Future Date • Billing Exclusions Due To Pending Migration Issues • I/C Barred Status in Billing • Accounts Lying In Error During Bill Generation

Configure Mediation immediately on creation of new levels/exchanges • Order completed in Switch but either not completed or completed on a later date in CDR • Area Transfer/New Exch Creation/Diversion Data Not Reaching Billing In Time
