The training needs

In March 2006, a meeting was held at the community center in Wielowieś to assess the training needs of potential participants for a rural tourism course. Attendees included Ryszard Kłak, Ireneusz Szpara, Elżbieta Wojdyła, Jolanta Girsch-Hajda, Gabriela Mucha, and local residents. A self-completed questionnaire explored various areas such as preferred training seasons, course locations, suggested subjects, participants' knowledge levels, and foreign language skills. This analysis aimed to tailor the course to better meet the needs of local entrepreneurs in rural tourism.

Appointed time and meeting-place • the training needs were assessed during meeting potential participants of rural tourism course; • the meeting took place on 10 th March, 2006 in community centre in Wielowieś; • persons which took part in the meeting: - Ryszard Kłak (CCE), - Ireneusz Szpara (CCE), - Elżbieta Wojdyła (CCE – vocational counsellor), - Jolanta Girsch-Hajda (CCE – trainer), - Gabriela Mucha (self-government representative), - 11 inhabitants of Wielowieś Saragossa 18-20.05.2006

Self evaluation of needs for training • the training needs of rural tourism entrepreneurs were explored using a self-completed questionnaire; • the self-completed questionnaire included part A consisted of 5 questions and part B consisted of 4 questions • before filling in the questionnaire all the participants were acquainted with essence of questions and all doubts were explained Saragossa 18-20.05.2006
