  7. LEADERSHIP • Primary Focus: Society or Non-Society Leadership Positions or Roles Assumed by the Chapter • Secondary Focus: Leadership Development for Members and Others

  8. SERVICE • Primary Focus: International Service Program • Secondary Focus: Service Activities Unrelated to the International Service Program

  9. FELLOWSHIP • getting to know other members • reaching out to the college campus • the opportunity to meet and work with those outside of the chapter and college when programs are expanded into the community, region or beyond.
