  18. R. O. / H.Q. RECEPTION AREA • Record receipt of questionnaires • Advise HQ of receipt of questionnaires • Produce RO Summary Sheet from Supervisor Sheets • Record receipt of returned supplies • Advise payment office of completion

  19. REGIONAL OFFICE RECEPTION AREA • Forward EA Batches to Processing Centre • Record that batches sent
