Why do it? • Time pressures on Trust staff so they can’t attend training • Access to training for staff on remote sites • Refresher / bitesize training for people who don’t need full training • Not enough library staff to cover training
Which software? Do you want to be able to: • Add start and end titles • Add captions • Zoom in on image • Add sound • Show a video of the trainer as they talk • Have choice of how to publish the training
