Timeline • 10/08/06 - Kicked off engagement with Gartner • 11/22/06 - Completed Key stakeholder interviews. • 2nd week of December - Business Stakeholder Workshop to confirm biz requirements. • 2nd week of December - Technical Stakeholder Workshop to confirm tech requirement. • 1st week in January – Needs Assessment and Alternative Analysis workshop – both Business and Technical stakeholders. • Spring – RFP ready for release.
