  1. Learning Activities: Absorb: Watch a demo of the steps to change a grade in SIS. Do: Practice changing a grade. Connect: You gave a student a grade of Incomplete or you miscalculated a student’s grade. Title: Changing Grades in SIS Short Title: Changing Grades Introduction: Procedure to change a grade of Incomplete to a letter grade or an incorrect grade to the correct grade. Objective: Faculty will be able to change student’s grades in SIS without assistance. Summarize: Log in to SIS and follow usual steps to grading roster. Click on “change grade” and select the “Reason for Change” and the “New Grade.” Test:Grades are changed when a student has received a grade of Incomplete or a grade has been posted to SIS incorrectly. Title: Grading in Collab Short Title: Collab Grading Introduction: Procedure to change the grading scale in Collab and select the grading change that was changed. Objective: Faculty will be able to reset the grading scale in Collab and select the grading scale they reset. Summarize: Log in to Collab and select the course desired. Select a grading scale and reset it. Then select the grading scale that was reset. Test:Collab grading is successful when the correct grades are uploaded into SIS.
