This introduction explores critical Aboriginal issues in Canada, focusing on disparities in life expectancy, poverty rates among children, and the challenges faced by Aboriginal populations. With over 52% of Aboriginal children living in poverty and a disability rate double the national average, the need for awareness and action is urgent.
