  1. Student Transcripts Service for BC high school students This information comes from the BC Ministry of Education.

Why use this system? • View provincial exam marks • View and order transcripts • View scholarships and awards • Download digital, pdf or hardcopy of official transcripts • Select up to 25 Post-Secondary Institution (PSI) selections at no charge • Request real-time transfer of transcripts to PSI and employers • Authorize ongoing PSI access to receive transcript updates throughout the year • Receive real-time feedback on status of transcript delivery

  3. Get Started You need to complete 2 sections: Register for a BC Government account called BCeID. 2. Make post-secondary selections. ... Then you can view your transcripts, view provincial exam results, etc.

  4. Part 1 – Activate BCeID account 1. Go to the Ministry of Education’s Transcripts and Certificate websites at http://www.StudentTrancripts.gov.bc.ca You will need your Provincial Education Number (PEN). It can be found on your report card. (Check your MyEd student portal). Register for a BC Government account called BCeID. Follow the prompts…Your name, email, phone, password reset questions, etc. 4. An email will be immediately sent to you to activate your registration. 5. Click on the link to verify your identity. “ Activate StudentTranscripts Registration”

  5. Part 2 – Send transcripts 1.Log in to http://www.StudentTranscipts.gov.bc.ca You will need your User ID and Password. On “My Dashboard” you can see various selections. You want “Send/Order Your Transcript”. You must check the Consent box. This will activate the links below. Select “Send your transcript to a university, college, or other post-secondary institution”. “Send Transcript”

  6. Part 2 (con’t.) Under “Step 1” you can select PSI (max. 25). They are listed alphabetically. You can change the province and search international institutions. Choose Send option for each PSI you selected. Most students will select “Send interim and final marks when they are available”. (Interim marks are sent electronically in May and final marks are sent in July.) Carefully look over your PSI selections and then confirm and click “Add to Cart”. Then Send your request and Log Off.

  7. Questions? Problems? • See your counsellor if . . . • you have questions about how to navigate through the StudentTranscripts website. • you can’t find your PEN number. • you have problems with your password.
