Medicare/ PECOS • Letters are coming in • 66% approved • Like Medicaid, no numbers • Approval Letters uploaded into E-value • Coordinators who are contacts
Checkout Letter • Letters have been sent out • New - Pager transfer signature
Certificates Returning Certs Reminder Framed Certs Graduation Ceremony Cannot have signed cert unless… Can make you a copy • Campus mail - use the DO NOT BEND stickers • Will send scanned copies of completed certs
U Cards • Door access • GME only gives Master Resident Access • All other doors/ areas need to be through department • New Badges • Cost - $20 • Replacement or change • Can use a campus order
ACGME & Resident NPI’s • NPI is becoming primary identifier of all residents and fellows • July 2014 programs are encouraged to include resident’s NPI’s in ADS • July 2015 this will become mandatory
