Great Barrier Reef 1)Its is located is the Pacific Ocean off the northeastern coast of Australia. 2)It is more then 1,250 miles (2,000 km)long. 3)It ranges from 10 to 100 miles (16to 160 km)away from the shore. 4a)The ships name was Endeavor. 4b)On June the 11,1770. 4c) It took 1 day. 4d)They had to throw 50 tones of ship ballast,iron cannons,fire wood and barrels overboard. 5)The surface-water temperature is hight ranging from 70and 100(21 and 38)

Grand Canyon 1)The Grand Canyon is found in the southwestern portion of the Colorado plateau. 2)Its greatest depth is more than a mile (some 6,000 feet(1,800 meters))below its rim. 3)In its general colour, the canyon is red, but each stratum or group of strata has a distinctive heuj-buffand gray, delicate green and pink.Other colours are slate gray and violet. 4)It would 600 jumps to go down the Grand Canyon. 5)The Grand Canyon is approximately 8,200 feet(2,500 meters) above sea level, and the north rim is 1,200 feet (350 meters) higher then the south rim.

Meteor Crater 1) The meteor is 19 miles west of Windslow, Arizona , U.S. in Canyon Diablo region. 2)It was produced by a large meteorite in the rolling plain and it made a big hole. 3)The dimensions of the meteor is 4,000 feet (1,200 m) in diameter and about 600 feet (180 m) above the plain. 4) It would 3799.4m of fence. 5) The age of the meteor crater is between 5,000 and 50,000 years.
