In this engaging second-grade project, students from Mrs. Musk's class explored the fascinating world of New York birds. They researched various bird species, created detailed drawings, and even made impressive papier-mâché nests. Highlights included learning about eagle nests, painting eggs for Baltimore Orioles and Mallard ducks, and showcasing their creations in the library. This hands-on learning experience not only enhanced their understanding of local wildlife but also fostered creativity and teamwork. Great job to all the second graders for their wonderful projects!
