  1. SCFE/SCWO Article Questions • Discuss at least two problems with current PCB Cleanup standards. • What factors do you feel are most important in determining the best PCB cleanup method? Explain • Describe in detail the 3-extractor SCFE system (what is going into each container, for how long, etc.). Also, describe the two alternative configurations and their pros/cons compared to the original configuration. • Which of the three methods of SCFE configurations do you think is the best? Why? • Using Table 1 as a guide, decide which PCB cleanup method you feel is the best currently available, and describe why. • Do the costs of SCFE/SCWO surprise you? Do you feel these costs are worth it? Based on what you read and what your know about soil, do you feel that there is any way that costs could be minimized?
