  2. Case #3P. Abitabile, C.A. Maurer • 69-yr-old man • June 07: Whipple, R1 • August 07 – April 08: gemcitabine chemotherapy with some side effects • December 08: hepatic segment VI lesion, no local recurrence • Good performance status (peripheral neuropathy, chronic renal insufficiency) • Conlusion: Patient may receive preoperative chemotherapy but peripheral neuropathy and renal problem. • Thus, if possible, surgery. If not, radiofrequency ablation • Extracranial stereotactic radiosurgery/radiotherapy may also be an option

  3. Extracranial stereotactic radiosurgery Cyberknife, Novalis, etc

  4. Tomotherapy
