  7. OHSU Library: NIH Public Access Policy Robin Champieux Demonstrating Compliance PMCID or valid in process notation. On all NIH applications, proposals, and reports. Cannot use a PMID. “In process” and NIHMS ID are valid for papers in press or within 3 months of publication. RAIN: 11-21-2013
