Rho Induction Process • Send out invitations to top 30% of the students in each class (1st-3rd yr) after second quarter or the beginning of March • Students submit CV, essay, and conduct signature • Officers and advisor select members based on evidence of leadership and service while in medical school • Induction Ceremony in May
Community Service • Educating Kids on Tobacco • Prepare skit and answer questions for scout troops and homeless children • Habitat for Humanity • Bone Marrow Donor Driver • T.O.P.S. • Diabetes Screening and Education • Free sports physicals for high school students • H.O.M.E. • Physicals and medical care at homeless shelter
