  3. Iowa Pork Facts • Approximately 19 million hogs are being raised on family farms at any one time. • As of June 1, 2015, there were 21 million hogs on Iowa family farms.

  4. Iowa Pork Facts • More than 40,000 jobs are directly related to daily production.

  5. Iowa Pork Facts • Production alone contributes nearly $7.5 billion annually to the Iowa economy.
