  4. Sun Wah Group’s investment in Vietnam • Invested in Vietnam for 37 years since 1970 • Rapid economic development in Vietnam in recent years resulted in significant increase in Sun Wah Group’s investment in Vietnam

Sun Wah Group’s investment in Vietnam • Seafood and Trading • Seafood processing business in Vietnam started in 1970 • One of the biggest seafood exporters in Vietnam • When Vietnam announced its Open Door Policy in 1989, Sun Wah Group was one of the first companies to set up a representative office in Ho Chi Minh City • Today, the Group still operates seafood processing and trading in Vietnam

Sun Wah Group’s investment in Vietnam • Real Estate – Sun Wah Tower • In 1993, Sun Wah Group established a joint venture with the Marubeni Corporation of Japan to develop the “Sun Wah Tower” • A 22-storey Grade A office building with an excellent location, a landmark in Ho Chi Minh City • The total investment for this project is US$45 million • Sun Wah Tower is currently a 100% foreign-owned property

Sun Wah Group’s investment in Vietnam • Real Estate – Saigon Pearl • Saigon Pearl is a luxury residential, business, shopping and entertainment development jointly-owned by Vietnam Land (HK) Ltd., a member company of the Sun Wah Group, and Vietnam’s S.S.G Construction and Real Estate Joint Stock Company • Received an investment license in 2004 to develop over 10-hectare of plot • Saigon Pearl is the largest property project of its kind currently under development in Vietnam
